This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business strategy for an extensive geographical region.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influential decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals.
• Conduct visits to physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and other relevant locations.
• Convey clear messages in intricate clinical scenarios.
• Engage in regular field visits with internal teams, including management and marketing personnel.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies, focusing on high-ROI opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass established sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain and monitor territory-specific data using a CRM system.
• Undertake additional miscellaneous job responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Capability to work autonomously and manage key account relationships effectively.
• Proven history of sales growth while overseeing an independent territory.
• Documented success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business insight and comprehension of complex clinical data.
• Proficient in articulating intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real time.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation capabilities, including addressing teams or groups.
• Proficient interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
• Experience working with a CRM tool such as Veeva or Salesforce.
• Ability to operate independently within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Successful credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party credentialing organizations.
• Ability to maintain necessary credentialing throughout employment.
• Willingness to travel as required for the territory/role, including air travel.
• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods; frequently stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• Occasionally required to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient in manipulating a keyboard and operating a telephone and handheld devices.
• Annual bonus contingent on company performance.
