Institutional Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and enhance on/off-ramp infrastructures throughout key high-value corridors.

• Analyze liquidity flows of fiat and stablecoins to support data-driven operational choices.

• Lead and implement local stablecoin FX pilot programs.

• Create milestone roadmaps to successfully transition pilots into full production.

• Serve as the primary project manager for geographic expansion initiatives.

• Conduct market research and monitor changes in regulatory landscapes.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize new opportunities for corridor expansion.

• Oversee daily operational execution and ensure compliance as US institutions adopt USAT.

• Maintain tracking of KPIs, status reports, and ensure internal alignment across institutional workflows.

• Connect regional expansion teams and manage strategic corridor partnerships from inception through to production.

• Report directly to the Head of USAT Institutional.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated history of managing intricate cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience in coordinating technical and regulatory workstreams.

• Proven ability to drive projects from conception to completion.

• Strong foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to engage with internal partners, regional leads, and institutional external clients.

• A proactive and organized approach to work.

• Comfort in navigating uncertainty independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English communication skills.
