Institutional Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with regional expansion leadership to pinpoint, establish, and enhance on/off-ramp infrastructures across key corridors.

• Examine fiat and stablecoin liquidity dynamics to facilitate data-informed operational choices and minimize friction in payment systems.

• Spearhead and implement local stablecoin FX pilot programs.

• Develop milestone roadmaps to transition successful pilots into fully operational environments.

• Oversee geographic expansion initiatives in the role of primary project manager.

• Perform market analysis and monitor regulatory developments.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize new corridor expansion prospects.

• Supervise daily operational execution and compliance obligations as US institutions adopt USAT.

• Maintain KPI tracking, status updates, and internal alignment across institutional workflows.

• Connect regional expansion teams and manage strategic corridor partnerships from inception to deployment.

• Report directly to the Head of USAT Institutional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution in fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience coordinating technical and regulatory workflows.

• Capacity to drive projects from inception to completion.

• Foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment infrastructures, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in engaging with internal partners, regional leads, and institutional external clients.

• Proactive and organized approach.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent English communication skills.
