This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Identify, establish, and enhance on/off-ramp infrastructures within high-value corridors.

• Analyze liquidity flows of fiat and stablecoins to guide operational decisions and minimize friction in payment ecosystems.

• Lead and implement local stablecoin FX pilot projects.

• Develop milestone roadmaps to transition successful pilots into full-scale production.

• Oversee project management for geographic expansion initiatives.

• Conduct market research and monitor regulatory changes to identify and prioritize opportunities for corridor expansion.

• Manage daily operational execution and compliance requirements related to US institutional adoption of USAT.

• Maintain tracking of KPIs, status reports, and ensure internal alignment across institutional workflows.

• Connect regional expansion teams and oversee strategic corridor partnerships from inception through to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinating technical and regulatory workstreams, and driving projects from inception to completion.

• Strong foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage with internal partners, regional leads, and external institutional clients.

• Proactive and organized, capable of independently navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication skills.
