Institutional Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with regional expansion leadership to identify, establish, and optimize on/off-ramp infrastructures across valuable corridors.

• Assess fiat and stablecoin liquidity flows to support data-driven operational decisions.

• Lead and implement local stablecoin FX pilots.

• Develop milestone roadmaps to transition successful pilots into active production environments.

• Oversee ongoing geographic expansion initiatives as the primary project manager.

• Conduct market research and monitor regulatory developments.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new corridor expansion opportunities.

• Manage daily operational execution and compliance needs for US institutions adopting USAT.

• Maintain KPI tracking and status reporting.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure execution velocity across institutional workflows.

• Report directly to the Head of USAT Institutional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Familiarity with coordinating technical and regulatory workstreams.

• Capability to drive projects from inception to completion.

• Strong foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interact with internal partners, regional leaders, and external institutional clients.

• Proactive and organized approach.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient English communication skills.
