Institutional Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with regional expansion leadership to identify, establish, and enhance on/off-ramp infrastructures across key corridors.

• Examine fiat and stablecoin liquidity flows to support data-driven operational choices and reduce friction in payment ecosystems.

• Lead and implement local stablecoin FX pilot programs.

• Develop milestone roadmaps to transition successful pilots into operational production environments.

• Act as the main project manager for ongoing geographic expansion initiatives.

• Conduct market analysis and monitor regulatory changes to identify, assess, and prioritize new corridor expansion prospects.

• Oversee daily operational execution and compliance needs as tier-1 US institutions adopt USAT.

• Maintain organized KPI tracking, status reporting, and internal alignment across active institutional workflows.

• Connect regional expansion teams and manage strategic corridor partnerships from inception through to production.

• Report directly to the Head of USAT Institutional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinating technical and regulatory workstreams, and driving projects from inception to completion.

• Strong foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to seamlessly engage with internal partners, regional leads, and institutional external clients.

• Proactive, well-organized, and adept at navigating ambiguity independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong English communication skills.
