This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Oversee pre-installation logistics in partnership with external teams

• Confirm customer and site preparedness, ensuring cable availability and proper configuration

• Guarantee that Statements of Work are clearly understood and feasible prior to project kickoff

• Monitor real-time installation progress in relation to project timelines

• Recognize any discrepancies and create or implement action plans to address them

• Manage weekly installation reporting and provide updates to internal teams

• Keep records of installation evidence and necessary documentation

• Act as a point of escalation and troubleshooting resource throughout the installation stages

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams

• Ensure that installation partners receive training and adhere to Samsara's standards

• Assess installation-related customer satisfaction and address underlying issues

• Maintain proactive communication with customers during installation projects

• Enhance the installation coordination process through the use of AI and RPA tools

• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles

• Background in field operations coordination, customer implementation, or technical deployment

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple installations concurrently

• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills

• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written capabilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teamwork

• Significant focus on standardization, automation, and AI

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement

• Familiarity or practical experience with AI and RPA technologies

• Legally authorized to work at Samsara and in the specified work location, if applicable
