Installation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Organize the activities of Deployment Services rigging teams based on project requirements, priorities, team competencies, and geographical factors.

• Oversee the operational elements of Deployment Services rigging teams.

• Manage all accounts under the supervision of the Field ATM Installations Manager.

• Coordinate surveys, ATM IMAC tasks, and collaborative meetings.

• Provide internal quotations for requested projects.

• Deliver completion reports to the DS project teams.

• Arrange non-standard travel logistics, including flights, ferries, and accommodations.

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for DS Rigging needs.

• Offer timely updates and establish effective communication channels with internal teams.

• Elevate priority decisions to DS management when required.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and suggest improvements.

• Ensure adherence to deployment procedures.

• Execute other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer, in alignment with qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics role, particularly focused on ATM delivery and installations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to concentrate on completing necessary tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as work independently.

• Proficiency in collaborating with internal stakeholders at various levels, including management.

• Capacity to support team members effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
