Install Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment of timelines, priorities, and outcomes with organizational goals.

• Manage resources and workload by effectively balancing competing priorities to guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.

• Facilitate communication among diverse audiences, provide project updates, and assist stakeholders in navigating risks and making decisions.

• Collaborate with team members, various teams, and vendors to address challenges and secure successful project outcomes.

• Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement by optimizing processes, advocating best practices, and driving continuous enhancement.

• Assist in scoping and executing Epic implementations and enhancements, third-party vendor integrations, and internal initiatives.

• Develop and implement project plans.

• Consult with senior leadership and gather as well as analyze data for potential integrations.

• Support the efficient delivery of integrated products and services.

• Travel for go-live installations or training as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles is preferred.

• Experience in leading or supporting cross-functional projects, ideally within the healthcare, IT, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable tools is advantageous.

• PMP, CAPM, or a similar project management certification is preferred.

• Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office environment.

• High-speed internet service is required.

• Must be able to work in a distraction-free workplace.

• Willingness to travel nationally, up to 20%, for on-site Go Live support based on business needs.

• COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption is required before the hire date.
