Inspection Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main on-site Manager overseeing inspection teams consisting of 4–7 members

• Organize logistics and delegate responsibilities during surprise facility visits

• Ensure the safety and professionalism of the team throughout inspections

• Manage field inspections and site walkthroughs lasting 3 to 4 days

• Incorporate insights from medical subject matter experts and legal professionals into comprehensive evaluation reports

• Address technical concerns and revisions flagged by agency leadership

• Offer guidance on compliance standards and tailored recommendations for facilities

• Compile inspection documentation into pattern assessments

• Deliver actionable insights for future monitoring priorities and focus areas

• Oversee the writing and submission of detailed, site-specific reports within set deadlines

• Uphold evidentiary integrity through rigorous quality-control practices

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, administrative law, and government investigations

• Proficient in legal compliance

• Knowledge of GAGAS or CIGIE Blue Book standards

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Experience in managing a team of compliance professionals

• Previous experience or a strong foundational understanding of federal facility inspections (NDS, PBNDS, or FPBDS standards)

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory

• Must successfully complete a Tier 2/public trust background investigation, which includes a credit check and thorough background evaluation

• J.D. or advanced degree/certification in regulatory compliance is preferred

• Ideal candidates should have experience with frequent travel
