This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead the analytics strategy for a designated account.
• Gain insights into client businesses and comprehend their media strategies.
• Oversee the creation of annual learning agendas, testing and analysis roadmaps, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Suggest approaches to measure media effectiveness and correlate results with bottom-line outcomes.
• Recommend strategies for testing and evaluating current tactics and potential channel expansions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of quantitative methods and statistical analysis.
• Continuously propose tests and analyses.
• Drive the development of analytical capabilities and solutions, including segmentation, modeling, and campaign evaluations.
• Keep abreast of technological and industry advancements, providing clients with suitable recommendations.
• Ensure quality control for analysis, reporting, and data visualization efforts.
• Manage daily interactions with cross-functional teams executing analytics projects and initiatives.
• Guarantee that deliverables are of high quality, timely, and meet expectations and business requirements.
• Present clear, concise, and valuable insights through effective storytelling.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and escalate them as necessary.
• Monitor client satisfaction, health, and indicators of dissatisfaction.
• 5–7 years of experience in roles focused on marketing analytics.
• Proven history of collaborating with clients, comprehending their business, and applying quantitative methods.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and utilize analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Extensive experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, LTV calculations, and other quantitative approaches.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
• Capability to independently solve problems using R, Python, and SQL.
• Advanced expertise in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Metric.
• Familiarity with data architecture solutions like Snowflake and Redshift.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and allocate time efficiently across clients, partner relationships, and internal projects.
