This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily inside sales operations to enhance pipeline conversion, quote-to-order execution, and customer follow-up across designated workstreams.

• Track sales activities, forecasts, conversion rates, and service metrics to uncover trends, manage risks, and implement timely corrective measures.

• Create dashboards and operational rhythms that boost activity execution, maintain pipeline integrity, and refine forecast inputs.

• Promote the use of standardized sales methodologies, customer relationship management practices, and digital or AI-assisted tools to enhance visibility, productivity, and decision-making quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize lead management, campaign follow-up, customer engagement, and issue resolution with commercial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, business development, or a related area is required.

• Certification in Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM), Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL), 340B program fundamentals, or equivalent is preferred.

• The candidate must reside within a 30-mile radius of Cincinnati, OH.

• Must be available to work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8 AM to 3:30 PM on Friday.
