Inside Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to retail agents to generate new opportunities, transform leads into submissions, and convert quotes into binding orders.

• Provide weekly reports detailing sales calls and outcomes.

• Educate clients about quoting platforms and available services.

• Achieve daily submission targets and communicate relevant information to the marketing team.

• Analyze web and phone quoting activities to recognize and address both positive and negative trends.

• Build relationships with territory sales executives to discuss strategies, tactics, training, sales challenges, and follow-ups.

• Address and resolve agent-related issues.

• Aid underwriters in placing business effectively.

• Engage in USLI’s 50/50 Sales training program.

• Complete a comprehensive 24-month training and development program.

• Commit to personal and professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Obtain a P&C insurance license within 90 days of employment.

• Self-driven and independent personality with the capability to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Positive and enthusiastic phone presence.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• High degree of integrity.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and professional demeanor.

• Capacity to establish and nurture relationships.

• Open to coaching and committed to continuous improvement.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• May require the use of a personal or rental vehicle.

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter.
