This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel growth and facilitate retention efforts within a high-volume territory.
• Enhance bookings and foster multi-suite expansion through strategic digital selling, reinforcing value, and coordinated engagement with customers.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting and Customer Success teams to ensure readiness for renewals and help customers derive value from our offerings.
• Develop and implement a quarterly territory strategy featuring whitespace targets, engagement sequences, and next steps tailored to specific personas.
• Generate an expansion pipeline through outbound engagement sequences, conversion of inbound leads, micro-demos, follow-ups from events, and referrals from partners.
• Oversee deals from initiation to completion for standard processes, including pricing within established bands, cooperative purchases, and light RFP responses.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure CRM cleanliness, with stage exits linked to the MEDDPICC framework.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting and Customer Success to emphasize value and aid in renewal preparedness.
• Engage in manager-led pipeline and forecasting reviews, ensuring opportunities are inspection-ready.
• Travel occasionally, up to 10%, for team summits and other essential events such as training sessions, conferences, and client demonstrations.
• Proven track record of meeting bookings targets within a high-velocity SaaS environment.
• Experience managing sales cycles of 3 to 6 months, focusing on specific personas and public-sector purchasing processes.
• Exhibit discipline in CRM usage and maintain pipeline quality suitable for weekly evaluations.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or EdTech, or a comparable combination of experience and skills demonstrating sales aptitude.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in MEDDPICC and mutual close plans relevant for transactional and moderately complex sales.
• Familiar with K-12 or public sector cycles, including funding schedules, cooperatives, and basic RFP processes.
• Demonstrated behavior of trustworthy partnership as evidenced by endorsements from customers, partners, or cross-functional advocates.
