This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Actively generate and qualify leads for Fiplex Cellular DAS and associated in-building wireless solutions through outbound prospecting, marketing follow-up, construction database research, bid/project tracking, partner referrals, and strategic account initiatives.
• Assist Strategic Account Managers by pinpointing decision-makers, mapping account opportunities, scheduling discovery meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Investigate target accounts, construction projects, building portfolios, and vertical markets to identify opportunities for Cellular DAS, Public Safety DAS, BDA, passive DAS, battery backup, and other Fiplex solutions.
• Evaluate opportunities by collecting project specifics such as building type, location, square footage, construction phase, carrier requirements, AHJ/code considerations, timeline, budget, stakeholders, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, applications engineering, channel partners, and customer service teams to route qualified opportunities, coordinate subsequent steps, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to log prospecting activities, lead status, customer interactions, opportunity notes, next steps, and pipeline advancement.
• Present introductory Fiplex and Cellular DAS value messaging to prospects, emphasizing aspects like safer buildings, enhanced connectivity, scalable deployment, and strategic account growth.
• Remain updated on market trends, construction activities, cellular coverage requirements, public safety communication needs, competitor movements, and Fiplex product developments to enhance lead quality and conversion.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, business development, account management, or sales support.
• Proven experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing follow-up activities within a CRM environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage professionally with contractors, system integrators, building owners, developers, facility teams, enterprise customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities across various stages of the sales funnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Background in telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, DAS, cellular coverage, public safety communications, construction, electrical contracting, fire/life safety, or building technologies.
• Familiarity with construction databases, bid platforms, market intelligence tools, marketing automation campaigns, and partner/channel referrals.
• Capability to grasp technical concepts and articulate them into clear, customer-facing value propositions.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and sending emails to cultivate new opportunities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and teamwork.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
