This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Guide patients through the Omnipod onboarding journey, starting from prescription to device activation and registration.
• Offer exceptional customer service while communicating insurance benefit guidelines and cost information.
• Oversee and document patient progress throughout the sales pipeline.
• Analyze pipeline data and trends to prioritize leads and enhance business impact.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or issues by liaising with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Respond to customer inquiries about Omnipod, elucidate benefits, and provide competitive comparisons.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to address patient needs, encourage adoption, and support business objectives.
• Tackle patient concerns with data-driven solutions to enhance patient interactions.
• Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to advance patient leads.
• Work with pharmacy representatives to ensure patients receive Omnipod and that data remains accurate.
• Assist Territory Managers and Clinical Services Managers with provider or patient-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and offer feedback and innovative suggestions.
• Propel internal initiatives as assigned by leadership.
• Associate’s Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record in B2B / B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products).
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage a sales pipeline within a short-term sales cycle with agility, consistent communication, and accurate forecasting.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and determination to overcome obstacles or challenges.
• Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work overtime to achieve business objectives.
• Minimal business travel as required.
• Candidates can reside in any U.S. time zone.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the managed care industry.
• Preferred: Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Preferred: Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors.
