Inside Sales Representative – Existing Customer Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls utilizing a provided lead list to connect with existing customers.

• Recognize coverage gaps and propose additional products through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.

• Communicate product information clearly, including terms and conditions.

• Implement call strategies with a focus on active listening and customer-centric selling.

• Enhance conversion opportunities by aligning solutions with the needs of customers.

• Uphold professionalism through effective communication and clear articulation.

• Accept coaching and feedback to foster continuous performance improvement.

• Achieve and exceed program KPIs and performance expectations.

• Exhibit reliability through strong attendance and accountability.

• At least 6 months of sales experience (including call center, sales, marketing, telecommunications, wireless, internet, and service plans).

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience in call center, sales, marketing, telecommunications, wireless, internet, and service plans is essential.

• A technical assessment is mandatory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10 or higher; Macbooks or Chromebooks are not accepted.

• One additional monitor is required.

• Minimum of 8GB of RAM.

• At least 65GB of available storage space.

• One wired USB headset is necessary.

• Internet speed of 100MBPS download and 25MBPS upload is required.

• An Ethernet cable is needed.

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for prolonged periods.

• Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
