This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct outbound calls to senior adults to introduce and promote products and services.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and concerns.
• Stay updated on products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and features.
• Educate senior adults and their families about the benefits offered.
• Guide members through THB’s marketplace platform to assist with purchasing products and services.
• Listen to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address questions.
• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers.
• Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address post-sale questions or issues.
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance sales strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for churn escalations and re-engage customers when necessary.
• Maintain target opt-in rates, turnaround times within SLAs, and convert work in progress within 14 days.
• Complete a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, especially outbound sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience working with senior adults or within a similar demographic is highly desirable.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in handling objections and solving problems effectively.
• Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills.
• Comfort and adaptability in using technology and learning new programs and computer systems.
• Strong passion for helping others and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect empathetically with senior adults.
• Patience, empathy, strong listening skills, and a talent for building rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and sales strategies.
• Ability to remain at the designated workstation throughout the workday.
• Capability to constantly operate a computer, phone, and VoIP equipment.
• Reliable internet connection and a designated work environment suitable for professional phone calls and handling sensitive data.
