Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance their portfolio of clients.

• Assist in managing reseller relationships alongside Account Managers and facilitate daily interactions with Sherweb.

• Serve as a liaison for the sales team by communicating internally across various departments.

• Work with internal teams on pricing, credit requests, and escalations.

• Recognize sales opportunities and gather customer information for future follow-ups.

• Schedule meetings and calls between representatives and partners.

• Gather and coordinate feedback on partner experiences from both internal and external sources.

• Enhance job knowledge by reviewing new product descriptions and engaging in educational opportunities.

• Achieve departmental and organizational objectives by taking initiative on new and varied requests.

• Seek avenues to add value to job achievements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.

• Proficient in CRM dashboards, activity management, and other functionalities of CRM systems.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft licensing and products, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Dynamics CRM.

• Previous experience in a similar sales role is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their operational frameworks.
