Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to pinpoint potential customers within designated markets by utilizing LinkedIn, online resources, and company databases.

• Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.

• Carry out discovery calls to gain insight into prospects’ IT infrastructures, security challenges, and compliance needs.

• Keep records of interactions, opportunities, and activities updated in CRM software like Salesforce.

• Arrange product demonstrations and meetings for Account Managers or technical teams.

• Acquire knowledge about the company’s cybersecurity offerings and the broader cybersecurity landscape, including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, and penetration testing services.

• Work collaboratively with field sales, marketing, and technical pre-sales teams to follow up on campaigns and facilitate client onboarding.

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, ideally in business, IT, or a cybersecurity-related field; other disciplines may be considered if they possess transferable skills and the right attitude.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to establish rapport, attentively listen to customer needs, and professionally address objections.

• A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the persistence and determination to achieve and surpass sales targets/quotas.

• A strong interest in technology with a readiness to learn intricate cybersecurity concepts.

• Excellent time management skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in standard business software, including MS Office.

• An eagerness to learn specific CRM and sales engagement tools.
