Inside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Employ a professional, consultative selling approach tailored to the challenges and objectives of service professionals.

• Manage the complete sales process from initial booking through to closure and ongoing engagement.

• Work collaboratively with a team to enhance the attachment of service professionals.

• Boost usage as a proportion of each Pro's total GMV and elevate MRR for each managed account.

• Establish trust and cultivate deeper connections with Pros and the Housecall Pro brand.

• Comprehend and adapt to the advancements in product and technology.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, effective communication, impactful presentations, and innovative problem-solving.

• Track daily activity metrics related to calls and attended demos.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role, focused on sales or retention.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering strong internal and external relationships.

• Strong preference for candidates with CRM experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed.

• Capability to identify customer needs and fulfill those needs through successful product sales.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency.
