Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Expand an established client portfolio.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

• Manage a customer portfolio and understand their business requirements.

• Reach out to customers via phone and email.

• Create new sales opportunities and upsell through phone, email, or other electronic channels.

• Supervise responses to customer inquiries regarding orders and quotations.

• Engage in prospecting through outbound calls and emails.

• Facilitate sales by managing projects, tracking open orders, resolving issues, and delivering customer service.

• Drive profitable growth by achieving sales quotas.

• Provide product pricing utilizing pricing matrices and other tools.

• Develop coding directives for specific products while ensuring target margins are met.

• Execute estimating, take-off, and proposal tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.

• Specialized skills training or certification may be necessary.

• Generally, 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.

• B2B experience and knowledge of CRM systems are advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug test.

• Availability for a 7am or 8am shift, Monday through Friday, is required.

• Typically requires less than 10% overnight travel.
