This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Engage healthcare professionals through telephone conversations and live interactions to promote designated client products, optimize selling opportunities, and fulfill program and client objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals while educating them on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications.
• Oversee daily sales call activities and perform outbound calls to designated HCP targets.
• Profile and manage targeted HCP lists, offering value-added benefits to enhance product volume.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet territory and business sales objectives.
• Maintain productivity in calls and adhere to required program metrics.
• Communicate with customers using approved messaging, promotional tools, selling techniques, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and programs.
• Verify and complete data entry of call activities in Veeva.
• Listen to and respond appropriately to customer inquiries and needs.
• Update the Sales Manager and team members on project progress, as well as the Amplity Project Manager.
• Prepare management reports as necessary.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, along with relevant state and federal regulations.
• Participate in teleconferences, meetings, training sessions, and relevant national or local conventions.
• Complete additional projects assigned by the manager.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate with program team members, Amplity Project Management, and home office support teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in inside and/or field pharmaceutical or device sales is essential.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clear, articulate, grammatically correct speech and a professional phone demeanor.
• Capacity to learn, understand, and convey complex information over the telephone.
• Strong rapport-building and active listening abilities.
• Excellent skills in selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical/medical terminology while maintaining technical expertise, including knowledge of competitive products.
• Self-motivated and disciplined individual.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility and competence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must successfully complete client training and meet training expectations.
• Willingness to travel for work-related meetings and functions, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
