This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Lead and develop the inbound follow-up team, comprising SDRs and Sales Associates.
β’ Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coach team performance, and hire as the team expands.
β’ Take ownership of the pairing model between Sales Associates and Account Executives.
β’ Set cadence standards, ownership rules, and expectations for CRM hygiene.
β’ Oversee the Sales Trainer and manage onboarding and ramp-up processes for all new sales hires.
β’ Create, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences for email and chat communications.
β’ Utilize reply rate, re-engagement rate, and conversion as the primary metrics for success.
β’ Develop and manage the no-show recovery strategy for cancellations and missed demos.
β’ Transform missed and canceled demos into opportunities for rebooking conversations.
β’ Create and execute reactivation campaigns for aged and closed-lost opportunities.
β’ Minimize stage-to-stage drop-off throughout the sales funnel, starting with the lowest-performing stage.
β’ Supervise the handling of leads and opportunities generated through channel partnerships.
β’ Define clear ownership, follow-up, and reporting standards for partner-sourced opportunities.
β’ Monitor channel partner performance and assess its effectiveness as a source of new business.
β’ Evaluate recorded calls and demos using a structured sales scorecard.
β’ Maintain a consistent monthly call-review coverage target for every representative.
β’ Mentor Account Executives on discovery techniques, objection handling, urgency, and securing follow-up calls.
β’ Facilitate regular calibration sessions to ensure uniform scoring and coaching standards.
β’ Participate in live deals when a representative requires assistance in advancing an opportunity.
β’ Manage the sales knowledge base as the definitive source of information for the company.
β’ Ensure the content that powers our AI sales chat assistant is accurate and up to date.
β’ Implement a regular review schedule to keep customer-facing information precise and current.
β’ Guarantee that claims made by sales representatives and automated channels are accurate and compliant.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a comparable commercial role.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in managing or coaching a sales team.
β’ Demonstrated experience in enhancing follow-up processes, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance.
β’ Solid understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion strategies.
β’ Experience in coaching sales representatives on discovery, objection handling, urgency, and deal progression.
β’ Capability to review sales calls, identify performance gaps, and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
β’ Practical experience in creating sales sequences across email, chat, SMS, or other follow-up channels.
β’ Strong CRM discipline with experience in platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
β’ Comfortable leveraging data to diagnose funnel issues, establish targets, and manage performance.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Willing and able to work during Pacific Time hours.
β’ Experience managing both SDRs or Sales Associates and Account Executives is preferred.
β’ Background in overseeing sales onboarding, training, and representative ramp-up programs is preferred.
β’ Experience in developing no-show recovery, closed-lost reactivation, or aged-pipeline campaigns is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools, conversation intelligence, and sales automation platforms is preferred.
β’ Experience in a high-growth startup, SaaS, staffing, outsourcing, or technology-enabled services company is preferred.
β’ Experience managing leads generated through channel partnerships is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of compliance, sales claims management, and maintaining a customer-facing knowledge base is preferred.
