
Inside Sales Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.
• Promote and sell service products, including warranty extensions, maintenance and service contracts, and certifications.
• Execute promotional initiatives and sales strategies.
• Provide dedicated support to designated clients in partnership with Service Contract Specialists and Service leaders.
• Conduct customer visits for contract negotiations as required within the assigned territory.
• Ensure timely renewal of contracts by monitoring deadlines, preparing proposals, and conducting follow-ups.
• Engage and consult with both existing and potential customers regarding service product sales.
• Prepare necessary sales reports, statistics, and forecast summaries.
• Utilize SAP, Cloud for Service (C4S), and Salesforce (SFDC) for creating quotes, making edits, and logging sales activities.
• Establish and nurture long-term business relationships through meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
• Convey product and service information while capturing strategic insights.
• Meet annual and quarterly financial targets by identifying, developing, and pursuing relevant leads.
• Cover the territory of Canada.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to qualify leads and close deals.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks, being effective, and employing strong negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in roles such as sales, telesales, or sales administration within a corporate/matrix organization is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to navigate various hierarchical levels and assert authority effectively.
• High level of organizational skills and self-discipline required.
• Strong self-motivation, team spirit, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge in instrumental analytics/life sciences is advantageous.
• Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office, SAP ERP, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 25%, including overnight trips.
