Inside Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through both phone and email.

• Assess customer needs and suggest optimal or alternative product options.

• Inform potential clients about travel insurance choices.

• Provide quotes and finalize sales transactions.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.

• Keep updated on new products and changes in policy.

• Accurately input relevant customer information.

• Investigate customer data as needed.

• Address customer issues with empathy and guide them towards commitment.

• Utilize AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools in a responsible manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service setting, with a preference for previous success in a sales-oriented role, though not mandatory.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to service excellence.

• Must live in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, Georgia, or Texas.

• Must be eligible to obtain a license for selling travel insurance in all 50 states.

• A limited lines license will be obtained after hiring, which involves background checks but no testing.

• Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, with starting times ranging from 8am to 3:30pm Eastern time.

• Capability to work effectively with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools.

• Ability to utilize insights responsibly, adhering to data governance, security, and ethical-use standards.
