Inside Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Cultivate leads and schedule appointments for the Agent team

• Execute outbound follow-up calls and marketing campaigns

• Address customer service inquiries via phone and web chat

• Collect information to assess prospective customer leads

• Supply information about resources and Zoocasa services

• Facilitate warm introductions from prospects to Agents

• Enhance knowledge of the Zoocasa Agent team and their regional areas of expertise

• Schedule meetings between customers and Realtors

• Collaboratively create scripts and service offerings for clients

• Follow up with incoming leads from Zoocasa.com and partner referrals

• Oversee weekly and monthly activity reporting

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Driven individual dedicated to achieving results and meeting targets

• Interest and knowledge in the real estate sector

• Resourceful and self-driven

• Capability to nurture leads, schedule appointments, perform outbound follow-up calls, and support marketing initiatives

• Experience in customer service via phone and web chat

• Skill to qualify or disqualify potential customer leads

• Competence in managing weekly and monthly activity reports
