This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and engage potential customers through methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timelines, concentrating on consumables and specific system opportunities.
• Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations of products for both prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate and finalize deals concerning consumables and selected system opportunities.
• Follow up with potential customers to resolve any concerns and complete agreements.
• Maintain and regularly update the SFDC CRM with precise customer information and sales activities.
• Manage customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
• Provide valuable feedback and insights to enhance marketing efforts.
• Generate sales reports and present findings to management.
• Analyze sales data to uncover trends and identify areas for enhancement.
• Bilingual, with English being the primary language.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in inside sales or a comparable role.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Tech-savvy, possessing advanced knowledge of prospecting tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to build rapport with customers and comprehend their needs.
• Proficient in CRM software (SFDC) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
• Understanding of industry and market trends.
