This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement a quarterly territory strategy that includes whitespace objectives, sequences, and next steps tailored to each persona.
• Generate an expansion pipeline through outbound sequences, converting inbound leads, conducting micro-demos, following up on events, and leveraging partner referrals.
• Manage deals from start to finish for standard operations, including pricing within designated bands, co-op purchases, and light RFP responses.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain CRM hygiene, linking stage exits to MEDDPICC methodology.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting and Customer Success teams to strengthen value propositions and facilitate renewal preparedness.
• Engage in pipeline and forecast reviews led by management, featuring opportunities that are ready for inspection.
• Promote expansion and support retention efforts within a high-volume territory.
• Drive bookings and enhance multi-suite growth by employing disciplined digital selling techniques, reinforcing value, and ensuring coordinated customer engagement.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting bookings targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience managing sales cycles ranging from 3 to 6 months, focusing on specific personas and public-sector purchasing pathways.
• Strong CRM discipline with pipeline quality that meets weekly review standards.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or EdTech, or an equivalent blend of experience and skills indicating sales capability.
• An Associate’s degree or comparable experience.
• Expertise in MEDDPICC and mutual close strategies suitable for transactional and mid-complexity sales.
• Knowledge of K-12 or public sector cycles, including funding timelines, co-ops, and fundamental RFP processes.
• Proven history of reliable partnership behavior from customers, partners, or cross-functional advocates.
