Inside Sales Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek and develop sales through written communication, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.

• Sustain and expand the broker network within a designated territory to achieve set revenue targets.

• Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies to engage potential brokers and accounts, creating opportunities for sales.

• Establish robust business relationships and foster rapport with prospective accounts and brokers.

• Collaborate effectively with Client Managers and Market Directors within the specified territory.

• Work in coordination with Operations and other business partners to onboard new clients and sustain broker relationships.

• Provide prospective accounts and brokers with plan design options, sales information, and rate estimations.

• Handle sensitive personal information in compliance with company security and privacy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of sales experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.

• Capability to meet the established product/sales learning curve to reach sales and revenue objectives.

• Intermediate computer proficiency and capacity to learn and master internal computer systems.

• Proven history of achieving sales and revenue goals with significant account responsibilities.

• Understanding of underwriting, products, services, and the healthcare sector.

• Must meet and maintain any necessary agent licensing requirements for the states within the assigned sales territory.

• For remote positions, active participation in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings, is essential.

• Adherence to Information Security and Privacy Policies is required when accessing sensitive personal information.
