Inside Sales Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing, while achieving or surpassing sales objectives.

• Develop and implement territory sales strategies and track opportunities within the pipeline.

• Conduct product demonstrations for researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians across North America.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and users through emails and phone calls.

• Assess trends and utilize data-driven insights to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align on sales goals, team initiatives, and campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in Biopharma, EdTech, STEM Publishing, or SaaS.

• Outstanding English communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like HubSpot.

• Confidence in engaging with clients and product users.

• Self-driven, proactive, results-focused, and eager to acquire new skills.

• Strong desire to succeed along with a demonstrated ability to be resilient and tackle challenges.
