📋 Description

• Investigate and verify the facts surrounding homeowners' claims of loss.

• Assess coverage and damages, adjusting and negotiating claims within established authority limits.

• Manage first-party claims for homeowners, focusing on coverage, damages, and subrogation.

• Collaborate with fraud and subrogation specialists to achieve optimal results.

• Recognize and identify components involved in residential construction and repairs.

• Utilize appropriate customer service skills to identify and fulfill customer needs.

• Assess potential for subrogation or fraud and respond accordingly.

• Operate independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in handling residential homeowner claims is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis is highly preferred.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Individuals with an active insurance license must terminate all current appointments before beginning employment and may not hold external appointments while employed.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must relinquish that license when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated and private workspace that is free from distractions is required.

• Reliable internet access with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
