This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Verify and implement software modules related to coding and training.

• Collaborate with coding professionals, clinical team members, and external clients, including the creation of content.

• Deliver presentations on clinical and coding concepts to hospitals and organizations.

• Execute and support Clinical Documentation Integrity programs across multiple facilities.

• Conduct audits of medical record coding, documentation, compliance, and DRG assignment.

• Engage in relevant corporate programs and initiatives.

• Adhere to professional, quality, security, corporate policies, procedures, integrity, and ethical standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with seven (7) years of experience as a coding professional or in acute care clinical roles.

• OR High School Diploma/GED with eleven (11) years of clinical or coding experience.

• RHIT/RHIA with CCS certification, including five (5) years of inpatient coding experience and five (5) years of CDI experience.

• OR Valid RN License with five (5) years of acute care experience and a recognized CDI credential from ACDIS (CCDS) or AHIMA (CDIP), along with five (5) years of CDI inpatient experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

• Master's degree in Health Information Management (HIM), Nursing, or another healthcare clinical discipline from an accredited institution.

• Experience with telecommuting, electronic medical records (EMRs), and other digital tools.

• Familiarity with the Solventum HIS software portfolio (360 Encompass).

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities.

• May need to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
