Innovation Portfolio – Partnerships Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance the innovation capabilities of ChildFund Australia across the organization.

• Support the creation, testing, and scaling of evidence-based solutions throughout Asia and the Pacific.

• Collaborate closely with country teams, local partners, children, and youth.

• Oversee the Innovation Model.

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of innovation initiatives.

• Build strategic partnerships with academia, philanthropy, civil society, government, and the private sector.

• Promote a culture of innovation and ongoing learning.

• Develop pathways for promising ideas to achieve sustainable, large-scale impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven leader with expertise in innovation, partnership development, international development, or humanitarian action.

• Capability to establish and lead organization-wide innovation efforts.

• Proficient in supporting the development, testing, and scaling of evidence-based solutions across Asia and the Pacific.

• Skilled in coordinating an Innovation Model and managing an innovation portfolio.

• Ability to develop strategic partnerships across academia, philanthropy, civil society, government, and the private sector.

• Strong commitment to child safeguarding and PSEAH policies and procedures.

• Successful completion of relevant background checks prior to joining ChildFund Australia.
