β’ Identify, validate, develop, and commercialize strategic growth initiatives that generate new recurring revenue for MAJIQ.
β’ Discover and cultivate MAJIQ's next generation of business expansion as an internal entrepreneur.
β’ Identify key market opportunities and create investment-ready business cases.
β’ Lead customer validation efforts and oversee the commercialization process.
β’ Collaborate with customers, industry experts, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
β’ Identify potential opportunities in adjacent markets and industries.
β’ Research emerging technologies, customer challenges, competitive offerings, and market trends.
β’ Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective ventures.
β’ Conduct customer discovery sessions to validate pain points, willingness to pay, and competitive differentiation.
β’ Estimate the Total Addressable Market and Serviceable Available Market.
β’ Create business cases that encompass market opportunities, value propositions, commercial strategies, pricing, revenue forecasts, investment needs, returns, and associated risks.
β’ Present investment recommendations to Executive Leadership.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to define MVP scope, prioritize requirements, guide commercialization, support launches, develop sales enablement materials, build references, and measure adoption.
β’ Monitor commercial performance and gather ongoing customer feedback.
β’ Suggest strategic pivots, broaden market opportunities, and integrate mature initiatives into MAJIQ's core business portfolio.
β’ Build reference customers and establish early market credibility.
β’ Remain accountable for initiatives throughout their formative years until they evolve into sustainable businesses.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
β’ Over 10 years of experience in product management, business development, strategy, operations, manufacturing technology, enterprise software, consulting, or entrepreneurial ventures (preferred).
β’ Proven track record of bringing new products, services, or businesses to market.
β’ Experience in developing business cases, market analyses, and commercialization strategies.
β’ Strong financial and analytical skills.
β’ Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 25β40% of the time.
