Innovation Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Convert launch strategies into comprehensive and actionable plans that include timelines, workstreams, milestones, and deliverables.

• Define, allocate, and monitor tasks across all functions.

• Act as the central hub for communication and alignment within the innovation leadership team.

• Facilitate translation among Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

• Ensure the cross-functional system is held accountable for shared clarity and deadlines.

• Identify dependencies, sequence tasks, highlight risks, escalate and resolve obstacles, and ensure follow-through to completion.

• Maintain an up-to-date overview of launch status and progress on milestones.

• Oversee the launch operating rhythm, which includes weekly workstream meetings, cross-functional syncs, and readiness evaluations.

• Monitor launch readiness elements such as sales enablement, marketing content, pricing and packaging, onboarding, and support.

• Facilitate post-launch stabilization by observing early adoption, collecting feedback, closing gaps, and keeping visibility on results.

• Provide analysis, research, and dependency mapping for new growth initiatives.

• Assist in defining commercialization strategies and launch models.

• Support executive reviews, steering committees, and investment discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in program management, go-to-market execution, product commercialization, or operations.

• Ideally, experience guiding a product through its complete lifecycle from concept to scaling.

• Demonstrated success in developing processes, operating models, or launch frameworks from the ground up and scaling them across teams or organizations.

• Strong skills in managing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to align and influence senior leaders, peer teams, and direct reports without having direct authority over all parties.

• Capability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.

• Proficient in synthesizing complex information and making informed decisions without perfect data.

• A results-driven history of delivering outcomes on schedule and to a high standard.

• Competence in breaking down strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring teams are accountable for milestones.

• Experience in SaaS, LegalTech, or rapidly evolving technology environments is highly advantageous.

• A genuine interest in how AI is transforming professional work is a significant asset.
