This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute the automation roadmap established by the AI Practices Lead and transform priorities into functional systems.

• Develop agent pilots for go-to-market and sales, including pipeline workflows, outreach efforts, and information for business conversations.

• Automate project management and delivery processes, encompassing status updates, timelines, handoffs, and team capacity.

• Create internal communication systems that minimize manual coordination.

• Build recruiting dashboards and systems for tracking the pipeline and candidate communication.

• Develop skills and training systems that facilitate the effective adoption of solutions.

• Collaborate directly with user teams to ensure reliable, stable, and easy-to-operate systems.

• Launch systems and agent pilots into production, promote daily usage, reduce manual work, and minimize maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building automation and internal tools in production environments, with a strong systems vision.

• Ability to understand how information and work flow within an organization.

• Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools.

• Capacity to assess which processes are worth automating and articulate why a specific solution is appropriate.

• Skill in teaching and documentation, facilitating working sessions, and creating documentation for non-technical professionals.

• Comfort working with go-to-market, delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams.

• Sufficient English proficiency to collaborate daily with a team based in the U.S.

• Preferred: experience with AI, LLMs, and agent workflows beyond scripting or RPA.

• Preferred: automation experience related to recruiting/HR.

• Preferred: experience in agencies or professional services.

• Preferred: experience building systems from scratch in lean environments.

• Availability to be based in Medellín, Colombia or willingness to relocate there.
