This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for Flutter mobile applications and Java microservices.

• Automate builds and distribution of mobile applications for Android and iOS, including testing and validation processes.

• Manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, covering ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and RDS.

• Administer Kubernetes environments, Helm Charts, and deployments using ArgoCD.

• Optimize Docker images and coordinate the delivery of containers in Kubernetes clusters.

• Collaborate with mobile and backend developers to integrate testing and enhance DevOps workflows.

• Provide technical mentorship and support to team members in CI/CD practices and automation tools.

• Enhance continuous delivery workflows, ensure deployment quality, and scale infrastructure solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, including parameterized YAML and macOS agents.

• Practical knowledge of GitHub Actions (preferred).

• Experience in automating Flutter builds for both Android and iOS.

• Proficiency in AWS: ECS/EKS Fargate, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and RDS.

• AWS certification (preferred).

• Experience with Terraform as infrastructure as code.

• Experience with Firebase for application distribution and API connectivity from pipelines.

• Experience with Docker and deployment in Kubernetes, including Helm, monitoring, and scalability.

• Experience with ArgoCD for continuous deployment.

• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Technical knowledge of Java and familiarity with Flutter/Dart.

• Ability to comprehend and optimize complex workflows.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with mobile developers, backend, and QA teams.

• Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.

• Strong focus on automation.

• Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities.

• Capability to mentor junior DevOps profiles and developers interacting with pipelines.
