This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and develop data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Work with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.

• Map data dependencies and coordinate with business stakeholders.

• Perform scripting and automate migration tasks.

• Participate in data migration and consolidation projects.

• Apply data governance and quality tools.

• Optimize BigQuery queries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced intermediate English (conversational).

• 3 years of experience in data engineering.

• Advanced SQL / BigQuery skills.

• Proficiency in Python (pandas, PySpark, SQLAlchemy).

• Experience in developing ETL/ELT pipelines (Concord, Airflow, or equivalents).

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP): BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow.

• Familiarity with data governance and quality tools.

• Version control experience (Git / GitHub).

• Mastery of BigQuery: CREATE TABLE/VIEW, External Tables, Scheduled Queries, query optimization.

• Ability to map data dependencies and coordinate with business owners.

• Proficient in Python for scripting and automating migration tasks.

• Higher education - Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in retail or data consolidation projects (desirable).

• Experience in data migration projects (desirable).
