Infrastructure Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee IT service projects concentrating on end-user services and infrastructure.

• Assist in the mobilization, execution, financial oversight, and delivery of projects.

• Define and validate the project scope, estimates, resources, roles, and responsibilities to kick off project mobilization.

• Supervise and control the execution throughout the analysis, design, build, testing, and release phases.

• Establish project governance, manage risks and issues, and sustain communication with stakeholders.

• Ensure quality assurance, budget management, and the attainment of program and project milestones.

• Direct team deliverables, guaranteeing overall project success and optimal resource utilization.

• Employ suitable project management methodologies and tools.

• Manage vendors and partners engaged in service delivery.

• Take user experience into account when designing and implementing new solutions and services.

• Compile project reports, encompassing overall performance, completion, and closeout documentation.

• Ensure compliance with Security & Compliance policies and procedures.

• Conduct work in alignment with processes and standards for highly regulated environments, including GxP and SOX.

• Plan, communicate, and facilitate change management initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 6 years of experience in IT project management.

• Familiarity with IT standards and project financial management.

• Understanding of end-user IT services, such as mobile telephony, laptops, client imaging, and application packaging.

• Strong grasp of information security and Security & Compliance policies.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow and CMDB.

• Experience with service desks and IT service deployments.

• Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 hosting, networking, and infrastructure.

• Experience in application management.

• Extensive knowledge of business processes and exceptional organizational skills.

• Experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and people management abilities.

• Capability to operate in complex organizations, navigate ambiguity, and lead change.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Preferred qualifications include experience in highly regulated environments; familiarity with GxP processes and SOX requirements; experience with remote work models and coordination of distributed teams; and financial knowledge related to CAPEX, OPEX, investment approval requests, purchase orders, and goods receipt.
