This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and provide support for Microsoft Teams Phone and Teams Voice environments
• Manage Operator Connect providers, PSTN connectivity, phone number allocations, and relationships with carriers
• Set up and maintain auto attendants, call queues, call routing, voice policies, resource accounts, and Teams Voice configurations
• Administer RingCentral Fax services, including user access, routing, and integration
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to voice quality, call routing, dial plans, number assignments, fax deliveries, and telephony
• Coordinate the provisioning, porting, and lifecycle management of telephone numbers
• Enhance and support communication workflows for clinical, operational, and corporate teams
• Design and execute call-flow modifications and workflow enhancements based on business requirements
• Manage technologies for conference rooms and meeting spaces
• Support audio/visual systems, such as displays, cameras, microphones, speaker systems, wireless presentation solutions, and digital collaboration devices
• Collaborate with office operations and vendors on new office constructions, relocations, and conference room setups
• Engage in site planning and technology design for corporate offices and clinical settings
• Establish standards for conference rooms, collaboration areas, and communication technologies
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for voice, conferencing, and collaboration platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT or unified communications
• At least 2 years of experience administering Microsoft Teams Phone or enterprise voice platforms
• Proficient in supporting Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Operator Connect, RingCentral Fax, conferencing platforms, and collaboration technologies
• Familiarity with enterprise telephony concepts including SIP, PSTN, dial plans, call queues, and voice routing
• Experience in supporting conference room technology and AV systems
• Understanding of structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, and office technology implementation
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, call flow diagrams, and support standards
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and customer service skills
• Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate certification is preferred
• Experience with Teams Rooms solutions is preferred
• Background in supporting office buildouts, renovations, and technology deployments is preferred
• Familiarity with AV vendors and conferencing technology manufacturers is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Must be capable of fulfilling the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Occasional standing and walking; frequent sitting and hand/finger movement
• Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
