Infrastructure Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the cloud infrastructure environment (Azure)

• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration

• Administer Active Directory

• Address support tickets

• Administer both Windows and Linux servers

• Manage network operations, including VPNs, firewalls, and switches

• Monitor environments utilizing Zabbix and Datadog

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Microsoft Azure certifications (minimum AZ-900)

• Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure environments (Azure)

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration

• Proven experience in Active Directory administration

• Proven experience in administering Windows and Linux servers

• Proven experience in network management (VPNs, firewalls, and switches)

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards

• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)

• Experience in monitoring environments with Zabbix and Datadog
