Infra Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for ScaleOps' infrastructure from start to finish — encompassing its self-hosted product, installation and onboarding processes, SaaS platform, and AI infrastructure.

• Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, which includes networking, security, SSO, and computing resources.

• Collaborate closely with customers during deployments and troubleshooting efforts.

• Work in tandem with backend, product, and R&D teams to facilitate quick feature delivery while maintaining reliability.

• Recognize and resolve operational inefficiencies through automation and enhancements in tooling.

• Uphold security and compliance best practices throughout the entire infrastructure stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE positions within high-scale distributed systems.

• Proven experience with at least two major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong grasp of networking, security groups, IAM, SSO/OIDC, and principles of cloud-native security.

• A proactive ownership mentality.

• Full professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.

• Preferred: extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Go.

• Preferred: experience in cloud cost optimization, resource management, or working with infrastructure tooling firms.
