This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients while ensuring their satisfaction levels remain high.
• Confirm that Cofense solutions align with the clients' business needs and objectives.
• Offer strategic consultative advice and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Cultivate relationships with assigned clients and stakeholders across various Cofense products.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers.
• Facilitate onboarding, product implementation, and the entire customer lifecycle.
• Conduct risk management activities to reduce the likelihood of churn.
• Showcase the value of products and services, presenting ROI information to stakeholders.
• Recognize concerns and risks, relaying them to internal account partners and leadership.
• Formulate improvement plans to mitigate risks and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep thorough documentation and perform administrative tasks within the CSM toolset.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Guarantee that tasks are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Assist with defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage profitability of services and boost customer commitment to Cofense products.
• Identify opportunities for revenue expansion within assigned accounts.
• Take ownership of customers’ simulated phishing defense programs and meet contractual obligations.
• Recommend tailored phishing programs that align with industry best practices and client goals.
• Generate client-ready deliverables and provide analytical and strategic recommendations.
• Execute simulated phishing programs for Managed Training clients utilizing Cofense solutions.
• Deliver monthly remediation reports and discuss client-specific threats and malware for Managed Remediation clients.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
• Mentor new team members and collaborate on process and procedural enhancements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to develop and nurture customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Intermediate understanding of the phishing threat landscape and associated organizational risks.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Skills in project and program management.
• Ability to work independently and prepare as well as present customer deliverables.
• Fundamental knowledge of messaging, SMTP, and email products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AI tools, and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in customer support roles within consulting, managed services, or technical account management.
• 2–4 years of experience applying analytical methodologies and principles pertinent to cyber threat management and/or client portfolio management.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting clients in a consulting, managed services, or technical account management role.
• CISSP, Security+, or PMP certification is a plus.
• Preferred experience in Information Security and Program Management.
• ChurnZero experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimal travel is required.
• Must be capable of supporting customers throughout the United States.
• Travel to client sites as necessary.
