Information Security Human Risk Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of both recurring and targeted Information Security training, which includes validating the population, managing assignment logistics, planning communications, monitoring completion, and following up with stakeholders.

• Assist in the complete execution of simulated phishing campaign operations, encompassing inputs for campaign planning, template evaluations, audience coordination, launch assistance, results analysis, and reinforcement of post-campaign learnings.

• Administer assigned Human Risk workstreams, such as onboarding for new hires, role-specific training, communications for managers, follow-ups on accountability, and updates for communications.

• Compose and enhance communications for learners, teaching moments, talking points for managers, job aids, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outstanding issues while providing status updates to program leads and stakeholders.

• Gather, organize, and maintain audit-ready evidence for training, phishing, acknowledgments, communications, and ongoing operational processes.

• Analyze campaign and training outcomes to spot trends, identify improvement opportunities, determine learner support needs, or highlight process gaps, and propose subsequent actions.

• Collaborate with Information Security, communications, HR, Legal, Employee Relations, technology owners, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Business, Education, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in information security awareness, training operations, communications, phishing simulation, instructional support, or program coordination.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks, communicate clearly with business audiences, troubleshoot problems, and work collaboratively across stakeholder groups.

• Familiarity with simulated phishing platforms, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Marketing Cloud, or analogous communication tools, process documentation, multilingual coordination, campaign reporting, and basic metrics is preferred.

• Proficient in integrating technical information with accessible writing, visual communication, and a supportive educational tone.
