Informatics System Administrator 2, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide daily support and administration for application security and system configuration.

• Oversee help desk requests related to system configuration.

• Investigate and resolve intricate access and system challenges within PeopleSoft.

• Create and sustain documentation associated with design, implementation, and procedural processes.

• Lead and guide the design, development, and maintenance of Supply Chain workflows and their processes.

• Conduct security audits and address compliance, security breach, and policy/procedure violation matters.

• Collaborate with ERP development teams on PeopleSoft-related issues throughout all phases of projects.

• Provide support for Supply Chain ERP modules, including requisitioning, procurement, contract management, sourcing, and inventory management.

• Educate colleagues on the latest features and functionalities to enhance application efficiency.

• Assist the direct supervisor and management team with innovative insights and leadership.

• Integrate Supply Chain business processes with system data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.

• A decade of advanced experience in core concepts of system security, configuration, workflow, and error processing.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Application Designer.

• Extensive experience in administering PeopleSoft Workflow, security, and configuration.

• Experience collaborating with database and network administrators to implement security requirements.

• Capable of presenting information to a variety of stakeholders, including all levels of management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven, with a positive mindset and strong work ethic.

• Possessing strategic and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to resolve issues, build partnerships, and achieve solutions.

• Significant experience in PeopleSoft or a supply chain- or healthcare-focused ERP system.

• Knowledge of Salesforce development is preferred.
