ServiceNow System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +46 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily monitoring and upkeep of the ServiceNow platform to ensure its stability, performance, and availability.

• Address technical and/or security challenges, seeking assistance when necessary.

• Plan and carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Administer user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions in line with organizational policies.

• Observe user accounts and activities to identify and rectify issues.

• Ensure data integrity across Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management modules.

• Engage in and support ITIL-aligned change management cycles, including evaluating, testing, and implementing approved changes.

• Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

• Develop and deploy components for new implementations or enhancements, such as service catalog items, forms, and notifications.

• Assist with integrations by configuring connectors and ensuring seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; four years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree, in addition to the experience listed below.

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is required.

• A minimum of three years of ServiceNow administration experience, preferably within a healthcare context, is required.

• Strong comprehension of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture is required.

• Completion of the Epic Sphinx test is part of the evaluation process.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
