Influencer Talent Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative, supporter, and strategic advisor for a roster of assigned influencers.

• Assist influencers in expanding their audiences and monetizing their content.

• Negotiate and secure agreements with brands, agencies, and record labels.

• Develop successful campaign strategies for the talent roster.

• Maintain ongoing communication with both influencers and brands.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted strategies that enhance reach, boost engagement, and drive revenue growth.

• Work independently in a fully remote and flexible work environment.

• Utilize in-house influencer management software to foster relationships, negotiate contracts, and advance influencer careers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or related sales positions.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick platforms.

• Exceptional skills in relationship building and negotiation.

• Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working independently.

• Ability to close deals swiftly while fostering long-term relationships.

• Highly organized with strong data management capabilities.

• Proficient in Google Sheets.

• Bonus: Previous experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or in sales-oriented roles.
