Influencer Sponsorships Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver talking points to content creators.

• Evaluate ad reads to ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Oversee the revision process.

• Diligently document campaign details in Airtable.

• Act as the primary liaison for creators and sponsors throughout campaigns.

• Communicate with warmth, efficiency, and sincerity, even in challenging situations.

• Recognize inefficient processes and propose enhancements.

• Assist in ensuring the seamless execution of over 60 monthly ad integrations, maintaining brand alignment and punctuality.

• Strive for increased ownership and potential leadership roles within the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or related areas.

• Experience in Brand Partnerships or Influencer Sponsorships is preferred, though it can be acquired quickly.

• Strong background in Project Management, Customer Service, or Operations is beneficial.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to sponsors and creators, providing accurate information.

• Comfortable making phone calls to clients for important discussions.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient with technology and familiar with Airtable, Asana, Notion, email, and Google Sheets.

• Strong critical thinking skills and the capacity to make independent decisions.

• Dependable and willing to work beyond standard hours to meet tight deadlines.

• Availability to work during US hours, preferably from 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

• Quick learner, resilient, energetic, and positive attitude.
