Influencer Sponsorships Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily YouTube sponsorship advertisement integrations

• Provide talking points to content creators

• Evaluate ad reads to ensure compliance with brand standards

• Manage revisions effectively

• Maintain accurate records of discussions between creators and sponsors in Airtable

• Act as the primary contact for creators and sponsors during campaigns

• Engage with creators and sponsors in a friendly, prompt, and transparent manner

• Recognize inefficient processes and propose enhancements

• Assist in ensuring that over 60 monthly ad integrations operate seamlessly, align with brand expectations, and meet deadlines

• Provide ongoing support to creators and sponsors throughout their campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the Philippines and work remotely

• Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM US Hours

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or related fields

• Preference for candidates with experience in Brand Partnerships or Influencer Sponsorships

• Strong background in Project Management, Customer Service, or Operations

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Must provide timely and accurate responses to Sponsors and Creators

• Comfortable making phone calls to clients for important issues

• High level of attention to detail

• Commitment to honesty, reliability, and fostering long-term relationships

• Proficient in technology and quick, effective computer use

• Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, Notion, email, and Google Sheets is valued

• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making abilities

• Willingness to work beyond regular hours to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts
